Surfers are like individuals that are flipping round the channels on the TV, attempting to find something to look at.

They are not looking for anything particularly – they’re just looking. When they find something that interests them, they stop on that channel; it’s the same with a surfer. When they see something that interests them on a domain, they’re going to click it. The sorts of web marketing that surfers are going to reply to are:

1. Advertising links

Give them a good advertising link on an internet site and it’ll pique their interest. They’re going to click anything that looks fascinating. Write a familiar ad and they could find it fascinating enough to click on.

2. Web directories

Possibilities are good the surfer is going to go to the web directories. Again, they are not actually trying to find anything particularly. But if your advert there interests them, they’re going to click it.

3. Ad impressions

This is something else that might draw the surfer. They like things that are engaging and if the impression is galvanizing enough, they may wish to click it and learn more.

It does not take a lot to catch a surfer’s eye. They’re spending their time looking around the Net to explore the many internet sites there are out there. The surfer is the first sort of person that might be drawn to your site. They might not be hunting for what you’re selling, but they also may finish up liking what you have got to offer.

The surfer is the 1st reason why having more than one kind of advertising is a smart idea, because they are not going to take some time to read an article and they are not going to use a search engine. They ‘surf’ the Web , seeing what there is to see.
