In fact, it promotes obesity and heart disease. So if you intend to write for your blog for more than one hour, make sure to spend five minutes after every hour to do some stretching. This would relax your muscles and keep your blood circulation good.
3.) Have a healthy meal within reach. If you blog continuously for hours without eating something healthy, your mind and body will suffer. Thus, have a bowl full of healthy stuff on your desk or table, so that you can still keep yourself nourished when you are too lazy to take a break and eat.
